Starting therapy can feel like a big step — especially if you’ve spent years managing everything on your own.
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on. Whether it’s anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, or the effects of trauma, our sessions focus on exploring what’s been hard and helping you begin to move forward with more steadiness and ease.
Above all, I believe therapy works best when it is safe, supportive, and built on trust. I aim to create a space where you can explore what’s been difficult and start to feel more like yourself.
The Process
Therapy looks different for everyone. Some people come for a few months to focus on a specific issue; others stay longer as the work deepens. We’ll review together as we go, to make sure it continues to meet your needs.
I offer both online and in-person sessions in Northern Ireland (County Antrim).
Sessions last 50 minutes, (EMDR 90 minutes)
Fees
Individual therapy: £70 per 50-minute session
EMDR sessions: £120 for 90 minutes
Free 15-minute consultation call to explore whether working together feels right
I also offer a small number of reduced-fee sessions for clients on lower incomes.
